We calm the body first⊠and then we ask one simple question that helps you move forward without forcing yourself.
Inside the replay, Iâll guide you through a practice that:
brings you back into your body (out of the spirals and âtoo muchâ)
helps you gently set down what isnât yours to carry
invites real compassion for the part of you thatâs tired / grieving / on high alert
and then (only when youâre steadier) helps you find one grounded, nourishing next step â small enough to actually do
If youâve been putting something off â a conversation, an email, a decision, a boundary â this is the kind of session that turns âI shouldâ into âI can.â
