Magic Monday Replay đŸȘ„

If you’re feeling a bit wobbly, resistant, or like you know you need to do something
 but you can’t quite move yet — today’s Magic Monday replay is for you.

This session is a Calm-First reset, with a very specific intention:

We calm the body first
 and then we ask one simple question that helps you move forward without forcing yourself.

Inside the replay, I’ll guide you through a practice that:

  • brings you back into your body (out of the spirals and “too much”)

  • helps you gently set down what isn’t yours to carry

  • invites real compassion for the part of you that’s tired / grieving / on high alert

  • and then (only when you’re steadier) helps you find one grounded, nourishing next step — small enough to actually do

If you’ve been putting something off — a conversation, an email, a decision, a boundary — this is the kind of session that turns “I should” into “I can.”
